We have been customers of Bradwoods since December 2016 all drivers are very helpful, from helping my guys/me to load their vehicles, and then unloading at the destination. Bradwoods will always try to accommodate extra stops on different sites if required Bradwoods has made our deliveries run smoothly and will fill in any deliveries that our own vehicles are not able to do, all drivers are courteous and never complain, even if they have been stuck in traffic, sent to various locations for collections before finally delivering to site. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bradwood as couriers nothing is too much trouble, will always try to accommodate last-minute requests, the price is right. Myself and the other buyers in the office have phoned both Marvyn & Joe with last-minute requests to collect various items at different locations and then deliver them to London/Brighton/Cotswolds – on same-day delivery.
We started using Bradwood a few months back after being approached by Marvyn, we were keen to find a haulage company that could handle ‘on demand’ and ‘last minute’ collections and we’ve not been let down! We’ve used Bradwood for a long time as they’re reliable. These guys genuinely care and always go above and beyond to help not just us but our stores/third parties to make everyone’s lives easier – nothing is ever too much. Bradwood drivers have always been friendly, polite, and professional – our dc team have always enjoyed working alongside Bradwood. Likewise, our stores who were serviced by Bradwood, never had a bad word to say and found the drivers to be exceptionally helpful. Even when delivering into more difficult stores such as airports – strict requirements were always followed, and the CC’s have always been impressed with the conduct of drivers. Would I recommend: yes - 100%! I’ve never had a bad experience with them, all of the above just shows how brilliant they are. Additionally, when I first started I was new to my role, my knowledge of vehicles was limited and the Bradwood guys massively helped me understand different vehicle types and what’s achievable for them. If I ever asked anything I was never made to feel stupid for not knowing rather they helped me to better understand routes, vehicles and why something I’ve asked might not be achievable and a better alternative that they can do.
